DIAGNOSTIC OF THE ATHLETE’S HEART AND FACTORS AFFECTING ITS DEVELOPING

The aim: Studying the features of structure and function heart in athletes identifying factors that influence development these changes. Materials methods: study included 54 athletes, 29 men 25 women. ultrasound was performed according to standard methods with determining size main structures heart, indicators normalized body surface area, height. Results: dilatation hypertrophy left ventricular myocardium were found 25.93% athletes. When comparing diameter ventricle individual average values norm, their excess 94.44% Odds ratio (OR) relationship between (LVd) time exercise less than 10 y 16.13, 5 – 0.17 (p <0.05). OR increase LVd age 20 years 3.56 units ejection fraction above normative mean 75.93%, as well periods filling ventricles. Conclusions: most common sign an athlete’s dilatation, which occurred at a rate percent. Age duration sports activities from is associated higher frequency heart.
